Robby is a personal injury trial attorney and owner of The Personal Injury Lawyers ™ in Chicago, Illinois. Licensed to practice law at 23, he started out with a big firm. He founded his own firm at 25, convinced he could find a way for clients to afford high-quality representation. His practice is dedicated to protecting the legal rights of victims who have sustained catastrophic injuries or were killed because the wrongful conduct of others. Robby has been featured nationally for his work on several high-profile cases and recovered millions on behalf of his clients.

Now, nearly 10 years into practice, he is expanding his law practice and has implemented the newest technology to provide his clients the highest quality representation. With an eye to the future, Robby provides insight and information related to personal injury matters of all types on multiple social media platforms.

Erin completed her undergrad at Miami University of Ohio, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in political science. Even before college, Erin had a dream of becoming an attorney. To gain the most experience possible, Erin attended Chicago-Kent College of Law in the evenings while working at Chicago law firms during the day. Her time in administrative roles only reinforced her passion for the law.

While at Chicago-Kent, Erin was awarded six consecutive Dean’s List Certificates through her diligent work ethic and excellent grades. She also received CALI awards in both trial advocacy class and in Cannabis Law – the first ever offered at Kent. In 2016, Erin joined the Chicago-Kent Trial Team, one of the top trial advocacy teams in the country. In her final year of school, Erin and her trial team won the American Association of Justice Regional Trial Competition in Chicago. Upon graduation, Erin received Cum Laude honors for being in the top 25% of her graduating class. She also simultaneously worked as a law clerk for skilled trial lawyers on catastrophic personal injury cases.

In beginning her practice of law, Erin worked in civil defense litigation in both state and federal court. While she gained immeasurable experience defending personal injury cases, Erin found that she wanted to focus her career on representing those who need aggressive and passionate advocacy the most – injured individuals navigating the complex nature of insurance companies and the court system. Erin’s familiarity with insurance defense makes her a unique and valuable attorney for plaintiffs who deserve compensation for their injuries.

When Erin is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends in outdoor activities. Erin and her husband enjoy traveling to different countries to experience diverse cultures, languages, and communities. To push her mind and body, Erin uses physical activity to maintain a healthy balance in her work and personal life. Erin’s love of running and endurance training allows her to be a strong and collected advocate for her clients.

As the Office Manager, Olga Ramos assists with the daily operations of the firm as well as many other administrative duties. She joined the firm in 2018 and has been an instrumental part of the growth and vision of The Personal Injury Lawyers ™. Olga was born and raised in Chicago and speaks Spanish fluently. While studying business at DePaul University, Olga began clerking for a personal injury law firm and became fascinated with helping clients and immediately knew this is where she belonged. This career path has been guided with morals of integrity, diligence, growth, and efficiency.
Now with over 25 years of experience and extensive knowledge in personal injury, she is honored to provide clients with the utmost care and attention. Olga works hand-in-hand with our attorneys as a resourceful legal assistant, seamlessly handling multiple roles, and effectively communicating with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other legal professionals. She embraces new challenges and opportunities for growth within The Personal Injury Lawyers ™.

My name is Jocelyn Ramos. After obtaining my Associate’s Degree during the pandemic, I worked in technical support for a major technology company. I loved assisting people and felt satisfaction in resolving their issues. In April of 2023, a job opportunity arose at The Personal Injury Lawyers ™ as a client care manager. Working at this firm has been an amazing experience. Each day, I ensure our clients get the care they need to make this process as smooth as possible. In my free time, I like journaling, creating fashion and beauty content for brands, and spending time with family and friends.
